What we collect
- Contact enquiries: name, email, phone, company, role, hiring timeline and any message or CV you send us.
- Candidate registrations: name, email, phone, discipline, notes and CV attachment.
- Technical data: minimal server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or match you to relevant roles (lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where you register with us, consent).
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of our site and services.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with vetted processors that help us run the service — for example our email infrastructure (Resend/AWS SES equivalent) and our database provider (Supabase). We never sell your data. Where a role would require sharing your CV with a client, we will always ask first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Candidate registrations are kept for as long as you want to remain in our talent network — you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Email info@norvantgroup.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
